First, check the schedule and determine which classes are offered when you are available. Then choose according to your fitness level and intention: if you are fit and looking to move, choose regular yoga or rope yoga; if you have several health problems or are looking for a gentle practice, choose gentle yoga, relaxation yoga, or chair yoga.
- HIGH QUALITY COURSES
Our instructors are highly qualified, including in therapeutic yoga. Classes are held in small groups to personalize the practice and provide you with more support. Together, our instructors have thousands of hours of experience and diverse training in yoga (therapeutic, hormonal, prenatal, menopause, senior yoga, restorative, Nidra, brain-mind yoga, etc.). We specialize in yoga and offer classes, workshops, conferences, and professional yoga training. We do not offer fitness or dance classes as these fall outside our area of expertise and mission.
- EXCEPTIONAL ENVIRONMENT
The studio is clean, bright, warm and perfectly equipped with all the necessary accessories (rugs, blankets, straps, cushions, ropes on the walls...) and even a mini-library.
- FLEXIBILITY
You have the option of taking a trial class or a week of unlimited classes before committing. You can register at any time. Once you're subscribed, you can always make up a missed class, according to your availability, using an online platform.
- RECOGNIZED STUDIO
The quality of professional teaching at the studio is recognized by the Francophone Yoga Federation and International Yoga Federation, as well as the International Federation of Pose (Nathalie is the only person recognized in Quebec).
There are 3 steps to register:
1) Send an email to nathalie.perret@yahoo.ca to ask if there is space in the course of your choice and specify the chosen method of payment: Interac e-Transfer, cheque or cash.
2) Proceed to payment. You will then receive a message confirming your registration.
3) At the first class, take the registration form available at the studio and return it completed to the teacher.
The link to the online file for booking changes will be sent to you during the first week of the session or upon your registration.
The subscription rate is more advantageous, as it corresponds to the number of classes remaining in the session. The 10-class pass allows you to come whenever you like, but you can only book your class the day before (by email). Those with a subscription have access to an online booking system and can modify their class reservations as needed (for vacations, appointments, illness, etc.). It is always possible to make up a missed class by booking an additional class another week during the session.
If you have any specific health concerns, ask your doctor if you can practice yoga. Taking a private lesson can be helpful to better tailor your yoga practice. It's best to start with a gentler yoga class. Inform the instructor and, above all, listen to your body. Always stop if you feel any pain.
If you have a fever or a cough (unless it's due to seasonal allergies), it's best to stay home. Your body mainly needs rest.
Yes, you can change classes during the session as long as you register on the booking list and respect the number of classes you have paid for. The instructor takes attendance at the studio for each class.
Yes, you can always make up missed classes before or after your absence (during the same session). Don't forget to sign up on the class booking list.
The link to the online file is sent to all session subscribers during the first week of classes or upon registration. If you haven't received it, ask Nathalie.
We speak French and English. Nicole is bilingual, with English as her native language.
